- Behaq is not automatically a seller, buyer, broker, bank, lawyer, property valuer, or government authority.
- Users are responsible for verifying information before making decisions.
User responsibility
- Users must provide accurate and lawful information.
- Users must not post fake, misleading, illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Users must not misuse contact, inquiry, offer, visit, report, document, or admin review features.
Listings and verification
- Verified or trusted labels are platform signals and do not guarantee ownership, price, condition, legality, or deal safety.
- Buyers, renters, sellers, and brokers should independently verify property, car, land, document, payment, and identity information.
AI and recommendations
- AI-related outputs on Behaq are advisory only.
- AI outputs are not legal advice, financial advice, valuation guarantee, deal approval, or transaction approval.
Payment, deal, and receipt limits
- Payment, deal room, receipt, and transaction features remain controlled or on hold unless separately approved.
- Users should not treat any draft, preview, receipt, or platform note as final payment confirmation unless Behaq officially confirms it through approved flows.
Changes
- Behaq may update these terms when the platform, legal requirements, Google Play requirements, or business rules change.
- Continued use after updates may mean acceptance of the updated terms.
