በአማርኛ — ውሂቤ ይሰረዝ እንዴት እጠይቃለሁ?

1. ኢሜይል ይላኩ ወደ info@behaq.com — ርዕስ: "Data Deletion Request"፣ የተመዘገቡበትን ስልክ ቁጥር ወይም ኢሜይል ያካትቱ። ወይም
2. ወደ behaq.com/ai/app ገብተው በመለያዎ በኩል "መለያዬ እና ውሂቤ ይሰረዝ" ብለው ይጠይቁ።
3. ማንነትዎን ካረጋገጥን በኋላ ጥያቄዎ በ 30 ቀናት ውስጥ ይፈጸማል፤ ሲጠናቀቅ ማረጋገጫ እንልክልዎታለን።

In English — How to request deletion of your data

1. Email info@behaq.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including the phone number or email registered on your Behaq account; or
2. Sign in at behaq.com/ai/app and request "Delete my account and data" through your account.
3. After we verify your identity, your request is completed within 30 days, and we send you a confirmation.

Data deleted includes: account profile (name, phone, email), your listings and photos, messages and inquiries, saved searches and favorites, and your deal records.

Facebook / Meta

ከ Meta መድረኮች (Facebook Login ወይም የ Behaq የ Facebook Page ግንኙነት) ጋር በተያያዘ ያገኘነው ማንኛውም ውሂብ በዚሁ ጥያቄ ውስጥ ይሰረዛል። · Any data Behaq received in connection with Meta platforms (Facebook Login or interactions with Behaq's Facebook Page) is deleted as part of the same request. You may also remove Behaq's access in your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites at any time; doing so will also trigger our deletion obligations.

ህጋዊ ማቆያ · Legal Retention

በሕግ የሚጠየቁ አንዳንድ መዝገቦች (ለምሳሌ የግብይት መዝገቦች ወይም የማጭበርበር መከላከያ ምዝገባዎች) በሚመለከተው ሕግ በሚፈቀደው መጠንና ጊዜ ብቻ ተይዘው ሊቆዩ ይችላሉ፤ ከዚያ ውጭ ያለው ውሂብ ሙሉ በሙሉ ይሰረዛል። · Some records may be retained where required by applicable law (for example, transaction records or fraud-prevention logs), only to the extent and for the period the law requires; all other data is fully deleted.
